How to Add gen3advisor.com and mail.gen3advisor.com as Safe Senders in your email client

A list of steps to ensure you never miss important email updates from Gen3.

Add gen3advisor.com & mail.gen3advisor.com to Your Safe Sender List

 

Why this matters

  • We send critical sales ideas, product launches, and training invites.

  • Adding us to your Safe-Sender list (and marking any stray emails as “Not Spam”) keeps these updates out of junk mail and in your inbox.


1 — Add Gen3 to Your Safe-Sender / Allow List

Outlook (Desktop)

  1. Home → JunkJunk E-mail Options.

  2. Select Safe SendersAdd.

  3. Enter @gen3advisor.comOK.

  4. Repeat with @mail.gen3advisor.com.

Outlook (Web)

  1. ⚙ Settings → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Junk email.

  2. Under Safe senders and domains click Add.

  3. Enter gen3advisor.com and mail.gen3advisor.comSave.

Gmail

  1. Open any Gen3 email → 3-dot menu → Add to contacts.

  2. Optional extra filter

    • Settings → Filters & Blocked Addresses → Create a new filter.

    • From = @gen3advisor.com, @mail.gen3advisor.com → Never send it to SpamCreate filter.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Open a Gen3 email → hover sender → Add to contacts.

  2. Optional filter

    • Settings → More Settings → Filters → Add.

    • From = @gen3advisor.com, @mail.gen3advisor.com → Folder = Inbox.

Apple Mail (iPhone / iPad / Mac)

  1. Open a Gen3 email.

  2. Tap or click the sender → Add to VIP or Add to Contacts.

Other providers (AOL, Zoho, Proton, Comcast, etc.)
Look for Contacts, Safe Sender, Allow List, or Whitelist.
Add both: @gen3advisor.com and @mail.gen3advisor.com.


2 — Found a Gen3 Email in Spam? Mark “Not Spam”

  • Gmail: Spam folder → open the email → Report not spam.

  • Outlook (Desktop): Junk Email folder → right-click email → Junk → Not Junk.

  • Outlook (Web): Junk Email folder → select email → Not junk.

  • Yahoo Mail: Spam folder → select email → Not Spam.

  • Apple Mail: Junk folder → swipe (iOS) or drag (Mac) to Inbox, or choose Not Junk.

Tip: Marking one message as “Not Spam” trains your email provider to trust every future Gen3 email.


3 — If Someone Else Manages Your Email

Forward this note to your IT team or email administrator and ask them to whitelist these domains:

gen3advisor.com
mail.gen3advisor.com
