How to register as a Gen3 agent

Onboarding instructions for new agents to get registered, contracted and start working with Gen3.

Welcome aboard! We’ve made onboarding fast and frustration-free so you can focus on serving clients, not worrying about contracting. Set aside 5-7 minutes and follow the three steps below.

Step 1: Click Here to register for the Gen3 Agent Portal. Use your first and last name exactly as they appear on your insurance license.

Step 2: You’ll be redirected to a page prompting you to create your Gen3 SureLC profile. To add yourself to the SureLC digital contracting system:

  1. Tap blue “click to continue” button. You’ll be redirected to SureLC.

  2. Enter your DOB & SSN info and submit. You’ll be added to the Gen3 SureLC account.

  3. Once in, please complete any tabs marked with a red dot including E&O, Training(AML, LTC, Annuity), etc. Having trouble completing your profile? Read the SureLC knowledge base article.

Step 3: Work with your relationship manager to determine which carrier contracts our contracting team needs to initiate.

Contracting is the first step in any new IMO relationship...and we know it can be frustrating. Unfortunately many insurance carriers don't feel the sense of urgency that we all share. Our team works hard to keep them honest and on task so you can focus on your clients.
